Abstracts PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nondestructive analysis method and a nondestructive analysis device capable of obtaining high-contrast images of the interior of an object easily at a time.SOLUTION: With monochromatic parallel X rays 1, the object 2 is irradiated, and refracted X rays 3 and the like coming from the object 2 are made to enter a transmissive crystal analysis body 4a. When the X rays 3 and the like are dispersed into forward-diffractive X rays 41a and diffractive-direction diffracted X rays 42a by the dynamic diffractive action of the analysis body 4a, the thickness of the analysis body 4a is set at such a thickness that either the intensity of the X rays 41a or that of the X rays 42a is substantially zeroed in terms of the intensity of X rays less affected by directly entering X rays in comparison with the intensity of the other.
Advantages XDFI can inspect tissue of having lived without sensitizer. A dose of radioactivity is small. Contrast is large. The picture of detailed structure 50 micrometers or less is obtained. If there is 1% or more of difference with electron density, it is discriminable by XDFI.
